Green Marine has invested in equipment allowing the Green Quest to be utilised as a survey vessel.
A bespoke deployment frame was fabricated and installed in the vessel’s moonpool in 2019, followed by an overside pole in 2021. Both these can be used for the mounting of the following equipment:
- MBES – Multi Beam Echo Sounder,
- SSS – Side Scan Sonar,
- SBP – Sub Bottom Profiler,
- USBL – Sub-surface Positioning Equipment
Green Marine can offer the complete survey service or the Green Quest can be hired out to external surveyors for use with their equipment. Green Marine have also worked with several ROV operators to provide video & sensor inspections of marine assets
