Green Marine use a combination of software packages to perform mooring analyses covering all stages of a project life cycle; initial design, loadout, transportation, installation & recovery. However due to our typical offshore work scopes our focus is frequently on installation analysis.
We already have a library of models covering our own vessels & barges which can immediately be imported into software such as Orcaflex. Depending on the required scope, the objectives of any study can change significantly, however at its simplest the Green Marine team can propose off the shelf mooring equipment suitable for your operations. For more complex operations, mooring systems with one-line broken criteria, vessel propulsion assistance and weather operability limits can be provided. Green Marine has also previously aided its clients with re-designing their existing mooring systems, so that their offshore installation operations can be simplified and performed at lower cost or risk.
