Cyber Essentials is a certification scheme developed by the UK Government. Achieving this certification confirms that our robust security controls are effectively safeguarding the data we manage. These controls include secure configuration, boundary firewalls, access controls, update management, and malware protection measures. The badge indicates that we have been independently verified and meet the security standards outlined by this recognized framework.
In our continuous effort to enhance our security posture, we are currently also working towards achieving the ISO27001 certification, a globally recognized standard for information security management systems. This demonstrates our dedication to not only meeting but exceeding the highest levels of data security and privacy.
ISO 9001 (2015): Quality Management
Our Quality Management System specifies the safety, environmental and quality requirements to ensure a customer focused process approach, whilst focusing on continual improvement. Green Marine is proud to have achieved ISO 9001:2015 accreditation and this is evidence of our firm commitment to meeting the needs of our customers and always striving to improve.
ISO 14001 (2015): Environmental Management System
Green Marines Environmental Management System (EMS) has now been certified to the ISO 14001 standard. This has helped the company to improve its environmental performance through more efficient use of resources, and reductions in waste.
Through this program we are demonstrating to our staff, clients & stakeholders that the environment is a top priority and we are committed to continual improvement.
ISO 45001 (2018): Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems
At Green Marine safety is the Number 1 priority and hence at the heart of everything we do. Protecting the Health & Safety of all our employees, contractors & other personnel is assessed before any work is allowed to commence.
Our Safety Management System stipulates how we operate, providing instruction to employees & managers alike. We then perform internal & external audits throughout the year to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
