Beatrice Offshore Wind Farm Buoy Recovery
Following the construction of the Beatrice Offshore Wind Farm, Green Marine were employed to recover the cardinal buoys used to deter shipping from entering the site.
The Green Isle was able to recover the eight, 3m diameter and 6.5m buoys over two days of operations. In addition to this, the Green Isle recovered wave riders buoy which had been installed on site throughout the construction. The buoys were moored using 1.2te of mooring chain and up to 4te clumps.
