Administrative Assistant: Job Vacancy

Working as part of a busy team the post holder will provide general administrative support including coordinating travel, ordering office and vessel supplies, updating the company maintenance system, and filing.   

The person must have excellent communication and organisational skills, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail with both literacy and numeracy. 

Experience using Microsoft Office applications and a willingness to learn new systems is also essential.
